The appliances are only 2 years old, all are a beautiful contrasting black.

The oven/stove is a new digital/electric/flat range model and the microwave is over the oven and quite large.

The cabinets are all brand new and the amount of space in this kitchen is just to die for. It’s a chef’s dream. Finally, enough space to put all the pots, pans, food, etc.

The Office

The Office is one of the best rooms in the house.

As you can see, it is large enough to fit quite a big desk. It was originally the living room of the home – before the magnificent Great Room – was added. The original front door is in this room, as well as an additional closet.

The red color gives it a warm, even stately, atmosphere.

The French Doors lead to the kitchen. The Office serves as the buffer to the Master Bedroom. It has the effect of being part of the Master Suite.

The master bedroom has plenty of natural light with two windows. It’s large enough for a king sized bed and his and her dressers.

Pittsburg, Texas

Pittsburg, Texas is a beautiful and peaceful place to live.

Pecan Grove was the a prosperous neighborhood to live in. These days its an older neighborhood getting a make over by local businessmen who have bought up homes and rehabilitated them. This home and many others on the street have remodeled kitchens, new flooring, updated windows and fresh new paint.

101 Pecan is one of the luckiest homes and dare I say it? The nicest home in the neighborhood with it’s magnificent Great Room, updated color pallet, and 2-year-old appliances.

The neighborhood has a Norman Rockwell appeal with a center island landscaped with mature pecan trees, grass and lovely flowers. The neighborhood children have neutral territory to play on.
